Cadence Bancorp LLC (formerly Community Bancorp) ("CBC") is a Houston-based bank holding company established to acquire and operate failed or distressed U.S. banks. CBC has raised equity capital commitments of $1 billion and is focused on investments in community banks that are well positioned to benefit from the equity capital and industry expertise CBC can provide. CBC acquired Cadence Financial Corporation (and subsidiary Cadence Bank, N.A.) in March 2011 and Superior Bank, N.A., in April 2011. Landmark is a provider of fueling and ground support services to the general and commercial aviation markets through its network of fixed base operations (“FBOs”). Landmark is the 3rd largest network of FBOs in North America with a presence at high volume airports such as Washington Dulles, San Diego International, Miami International, and Los Angeles International. Santa Barbara Tax Products Group (“TPG”) is a San Diego-based provider of financial products and processing services to the tax preparation industry. TPG provides its services through third party tax preparation firms, including tax preparers and tax software providers. Customers include on-line tax preparation software companies and approximately 36,000 independent tax preparation offices across the U.S. TPG was established in 2010 upon the sale of the Santa Barbara Bank & Trust tax products division, which was operated by the current TPG management team for over 20 years. TRE Financial Services Holdings, LLC
TRE is a holding company focused on financial products and services. TRE currently has one subsidiary, TranDotCom Solutions, that provides transaction processing and loan management software to the short-term lending industry. The Company’s other subsidiaries, IntelliTax Software Solutions, a provider of software and transaction processing to the tax preparation industry, and CUTS Performance Marketing, a provider of tax preparation and small business products through marketing programs with over 1,000 credit unions, were separately sold to strategic buyers in October 2008 and January 2011, respectively. Advantage Outdoor was a Houston-based outdoor advertising company operating approximately 5,000 outdoor advertising display faces in markets throughout Texas and surrounding states. Advantage Outdoor was acquired with management and CEA Capital Partners in 1997. Fred Lummis served as Chief Executive Officer before selling the Company to Lamar Advertising (NASDAQ: LAMR) in 2000. American Tower Corporation
American Tower (NYSE: AMT) is a wireless and broadcast communications infrastructure company. Its primary business is leasing antenna space on multi-tenant communication towers to wireless and broadcast companies. After investing in the Company in 1994, Fred Lummis became Chief Executive Officer and grew the business into an industry leader.
